Calling all kids! KMS ⁄ Library "Family Fun Days"

December 9 - Free Music-Literature-Craft Event For Kids of Any Age

The next Family Fun Day of this season is scheduled for Saturday, December 9 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the West Bend Community Memorial Library. This session, based on Christmas and "The Nutcracker" will be great for kids and parents alike!

Themed with the season or an upcoming symphony concert program, these Saturday morning programs usually feature a book, a craft or other hands-on project, and musical listening which combine to show the connection between literature, music and the arts. This is a joint venture between the Kettle Moraine Symphony and the library, coordinated by KMS education liason, Patricia MacIntyre, and staffed by high school band, orchestra and Interact (high school Rotary) students and a symphony musician or two.

The program is geared for ages 4-12, but all ages (including adults) are welcome.

To see some fun event photos, visit the KMS Facebook page.

We encourage you to pre-register your child, to help us have sufficient craft supplies. To pre-register, please send an email to learn@kmsymphony.org.
