Concert Connections - Interdisciplinary Curriculum

Kettle Moraine Symphony, plays Dvorak's New World SymphonyAntonin Dvořák

Please note: This program has been put on hold. We hope to be able to make integrated lessons available again in the near future.

For children aged 4-12, we still offer Saturday morning programs in cooperation with the West Bend Memorial Public Library two to four times per year.

Dear Educator

The materials, lesson plans, and resources here are intended to assist educators at various levels in bringing the life and times of composers and their contemporaries to life for learners in classrooms or at home. All can be adapted for use with varying age and ability levels, and are meant to be part of an interdisciplinary approach to a deeper understanding of orchestral music in the context of history and culture.

The Kettle Moraine Symphony encourages learners of all ages to adopt the spirit of the explorer and join us for an experience that may be new to you, the experience of attending a live musical performance! Read, play, and enjoy these materials, then travel with us as we sound the depths of Classical music.
